Open Living Space
Step into an open living room with a leather sectional that seats six, a wood burning fireplace, and a 60 inch TV. A personalized welcome screen greets guests with local guides and everything needed for the stay.

Dining Area
The dining table seats six for shared meals and gatherings.

Kitchen
Fully equipped with modern appliances and two barstools at the counter.

Laundry Room
Across from the kitchen, with a washer and dryer.

Bedrooms

Second Bedroom: First floor, king bed, walk-in closet, 50 inch TV.

Third Bedroom: First floor, full bed, closet, 32 inch TV. Shares a bathroom with the second bedroom.

Master Bedroom: Upstairs, king bed, love seat, a 50 inch TV, a small office nook with desk and chair, and a private loft overlooking the living room with its own love seat and 55 inch TV. Private bathroom and walk-in closet.

Outdoor Features

Wrap-Around Patio: Rocking chairs and a swing, facing the vineyard.

Back Deck: Trees, quiet, and a creek running along the left side.

Backyard: A fire pit for evening gatherings, an outdoor projector for movie nights, and a picnic table for dining outside.

Sauna and Hot Tub: A six person barrel sauna and a private hot tub with 35 jets, tucked into the trees.

Vineyard: Muscadine grapes growing on the property, expanding into a full vineyard year by year.

Parking: A 100 foot driveway holds up to 10 cars, room enough for an RV.

Guest Access
The full property belongs to you for the length of your stay. Wooded, quiet, and private, with parking for more than five vehicles.

We welcome gatherings with advance notice. Message us first to confirm details and pricing before booking for an event. Unapproved events carry a $1500 dollar fee under our house rules.
